Duration:4 years, Eight semesters (Admissions open for the batch 2020-21).


Passed in PUC/Higher secondary examination (10+2 pattern) or appearing in the current academic year with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as major subjects from any state board within India, CBSE, ICSE, with minimum 45% aggregate for General and 40% aggregate for SC/ST in PCM. Admission needs valid score in SUAT.

Lateral Entry: 

The candidates, who have successfully completed 3 year diploma in Engineering, are eligible to apply for lateral entry into 2nd year of B.Tech Course. Candidates will be admitted to second year of the programme only after appearing the Srinivas University selection process for engineering programme.
