MCA (Dual Specialization)

The Master of Computer Applications (MCA) is a comprehensive postgraduate program focused on advanced computer science and practical IT skills. Designed to meet the dynamic needs of the tech industry, the course offers dual specialization options such as Software Development, Networking, Linux Environment, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and Data Science. Course Syllabus
  • Each semester consists of 24 credit points and a total of 600 marks.
  • The first semester focus on building a solid foundation in the subjects like Linux Administration, Advanced Java, Cybersecurity, Big Data and Statistics.
  • The second semester focuses on Network Management, Data Science, Spring Boot, Advanced Cyber Security and React JS with practicals.
  • The third semester focuses on the Web Application, Software Testing, E Commerce, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning with practicals.
  • The fourth semester primarily focuses on Internship and Project Development, adhering to specific IT guidelines.

Course Duration

The duration of Master of Computer Application shall extend over four semesters (two academic years) of 16 weeks each. Each semester shall consist of 16 weeks of study (excluding the time spent for the conduct of final examination of each semester).

Course Eligibility

Candidates must have graduated from a UG program in Computer applications, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline or must have mathematics as one of their subjects in Class 12 with at least a 50% aggregate.
