MPT in Neurosciences and Practice

The Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) is a two-year full-time postgraduate program designed under the Curriculum and Credit Framework for Post Graduate Programme (CCFPP). This specialization focuses on the rehabilitation of patients with neurological disorders such as stroke, spinal cord injuries, and neurodegenerative diseases. Students gain expertise in neurophysiological assessment, motor control rehabilitation, and neuroplasticity-based treatment approaches. Graduates can work in neuro-rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and research institutes.

Course Eligibility

Candidates admitted into the Master of Physiotherapy course should have passed the BPT degree examination with 6 months of compulsory rotatory internship from this university or a recognized university (on campus, full time course) with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Candidates who have obtained the Bachelor degree from any other University shall obtain eligibility certificate from this University at the time of admission.
