MPT in Pediatric Sciences and Practice

The Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) is a two-year full-time postgraduate program designed under the Curriculum and Credit Framework for Post Graduate Programme (CCFPP). This specialization focuses on the physiotherapeutic care of infants, children, and adolescents with developmental, neuromuscular, and orthopedic conditions. It trains students in pediatric assessments, early intervention, and family-centered care. Graduates can work in pediatric hospitals, special schools, and early development centers.

Course Eligibility

Candidates admitted into the Master of Physiotherapy course should have passed the BPT degree examination with 6 months of compulsory rotatory internship from this university or a recognized university (on campus, full time course) with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Candidates who have obtained the Bachelor degree from any other University shall obtain eligibility certificate from this University at the time of admission.
