Introduction:
Srinivas university offers PhD programs in different disciplines. The University has well-qualified faculty members who oversee research scholars and guide them to doctoral studies. These services are available in full time modes as well as part time modes. Srinivas University believes in the importance of interdisciplinary study and therefore encourages scholars to conduct their work in interdisciplinary areas of social interest.

Medical Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Child Health Nursing, OBG, Mental Health Nursing
Eligibility:
A candidate shall have Masters Degree in Nursing with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) or an equivalent Grade. However, this condition is relaxed to 50% in case of belonging to SC/ST/Cat.-I candidates
Admission to Ph.D. shall be through an Entrance Test and Interview
Applications for Entrance Test shall be invited twice a year in the months of January& June, depending on the vacancies existing in each subject. Students those who have qualified, M.Phil,/NET/SLET/GATE are relaxed from Entrance exam, however they should attend the interview compulsory.
Duration of the program:
Ph.D.: minimum three years for full time and four years for part time candidates. M.Phil : Full time program and minimum duration is one year.

(1) University Registration Fee, Eligibility Fee for other State/NRI students, Examination Fee, Uniform Fee, Hostel Fee, Industry visit fee, Internship fee, Transportation fee, Sports & games fee, Extra-curricular activity fee, etc., are extra. The course fees mentioned for subsequent years may vary annually up to 6%. (2) The University Placement & Training Team will assist the admitted students to get (a) Earn While Learn, (b) Industry Internship, and (c) Final Job Placement.
