Duration :2 Years -4 Semesters (Admission open for the batch 2023-24)
Eligibility: Pass in BPT degree examination with a minimum of 45% aggregate.
The classes will be held at Institute of Physiotherapy, City campus, Pandeshwar, Mangaluru.
The Master of Physiotherapy course is a 2-year fulltime program with the curriculum designed on Choice based credit system (CBCS) with semester pattern of examinations, leading to the degree that equips the student with analytical, evidence based learning skills. The program is generic in nature and has a component of additional learning of one area leading to an elective in that area.
Choice based credit system (CBCS) is an instructional package developed to suit the needs of students to keep pace with the developments in higher education and the quality assurance expected of it in the light of liberalization and globalization in higher education.
Wide range of scope in India as well as in abroad. They can work in hospitals, professional sport clubs, gyms and leisure centres, residential and nursing homes, health centres, private practice and higher education institutions (teaching and research), healthcare charities and health-related voluntary organisations.
