Mangaluru, Oct 12: College of Computer Science & Information Science (CCIS), Srinivas University, City Campus, Pandeshwara, organised two days national conference on theme “Recent Advances in Technology, Innovations in IT, Management, Education and Social Sciences” in the college on 12th October, Saturday. The inaugarator of the conference was Mr. Praveen Kumar Kalbhavi, CMD & CEO of Novigo Solutions Pvt Ltd. Mangaluru. He spoke that, Future advances in technology by explaining 3 things, those are Artificial Intelligence, machine learning and cloud technology. Now days machines are getting more smarter than human beings and how IOT will help human being in their day today life. Also he explained how students are choosing their career in future technologies in upcoming days. He added that not only having programming skills is sufficient in IT sector. At the same time the person who enters to the field he should also have a knowledge of recent advancements are happening in technology. Dr. P. S. Aithal – Vice chancellor of Srinivas University was precide over the function. He addressed his views related to machine learning and Nano technology. And he also stressed about intelligence of machines which is increasing day by day which eventually overtake human intelligence and replace human beings at the work place. Dr. Krishna Prasad K – the convener of the conference, Prof. P. Sridhar Acharya – Dean, CCIS, were present on the diase. The proceedings of previous conference and abstract proceedings of current conference were released. The research scholars, Teaching Faculties, Professionals from Industry and students had presented the research papers in the conference. More than 50 research papers were received and presented in the conference. All the paper presented will be published after the reviews from experts and published in international journals along with ISBN proceedings.

ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನ ಮಂಗಳೂರು, ಅ. 12 : ಇಂದಿನ ಯುಗದ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನಗಳು ಮಾನವರಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಚುರುಕಾಗಿವೆ. ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗಿನ ಜನತೆ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಪ್ರೋಗ್ರಾಮಿಂಗ್ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ, ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದಲ್ಲಾಗುವ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನೂ ಕೂಡಾ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ನೊವಿಗೋ ಸಲ್ಯುಶನ್ ಪ್ರೈವೇಟ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್‍ನ ಸಿಎಂಡಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಇಓ ಪ್ರವೀಣ್ ಕಲ್ಬಾವಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಅವರು ಪಾಂಡೇಶ್ವರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಸಿಟಿ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ಶನಿವಾರ ನಡೆದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ, ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಅವಿಷ್ಕಾರಗಳ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಪ್ರಗತಿಗಳು ಎಂಬ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಕರಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಆರ್ಟಿಫಿಶಲ್ ಇಂಟಲಿಜನ್ಸ್, ಮೆಷಿನ್ ಲರ್ನಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಲೌಡ್ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದಲ್ಲಿನ ಪ್ರಗತಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿ, ಮುಂಬರುವ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ವೃತ್ತಿ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಕುಲಪತಿ ಡಾ. ಪಿ. ಎಸ್. ಐತಾಳ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅದ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಮೆಷಿನ್ ಲರ್ನಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ನ್ಯಾನೋ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ದಿನದಿಂದ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಸಾಮಾಥ್ರ್ಯಗಳು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಿಕ್ಕಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು. ಈ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಡಿತವಾಗಲಿರುವ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಪ್ರಬಂಧಗಳ ಕೈಪಿಡಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಪ್ರಬಂಧಗಳ ಪುಸ್ತಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರು, ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ಆಫ್ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಆ್ಯಂಡ್ ಇನ್‍ಫಾರ್ಮೇಷನ್ ಸೈನ್ಸ್‍ನ ಡೀನ್ ಪ್ರೊ. ಶ್ರೀಧರ ಆಚಾರ್ಯ, ವಿಚಾರ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದ ಸಂಯೋಜಕ ಡಾ. ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಕೆ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
