Srinivas University, Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism, Pandeshwar, Mangaluru organized 31st year of Annual Food festival HOG,2K23 on 31st of March 2023.The festival was inaugurated by the Dr. A. Srinivas Rao, Honourable Pro-Chancellor, Srinivas University, Mangaluru and Vice President, A. Shama Rao Foundation. Dr. P S Aithal, Vice Chancellor, Srinivas University Dr. Anil Kumar, Registrar, Srinivas University and Dr. Ajay, Registrar (Development) Srinivas University were the guest of honours on the occasion. The Annual food fest is being organised since 1992 to expose all the Hotel Management students to the intricacy and nitty-gritty of event management. Students get to experience the various aspects like Sales & Marketing, Food Production, F&B Service, Purchasing and other Management skills.
