Induction program was a comprehensive and well-structured experience for the nurses, focusing on both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. It’s great that the nurses were actively engaged throughout the activities, and the progression of sessions, from the pretest on Day 1 to the post-test and OSCE on Day 4, really seemed to reinforce their learning and boost their confidence. As for which session had the most immediate impact on the nurses' day-to-day work, I’d say the practical demonstrations, particularly on medication administration, mouth care, oxygen administration, and suctioning, likely made a significant difference. These are core skills that nurses use daily, and hands-on practice with these procedures could lead to a more direct improvement in patient care. The stress management session on Day 1 also stands out because managing stress is essential in such a high-pressure field, and providing nurses with tools to handle that stress can have lasting positive effects on both their well-being and their performance at work.
