TOPIC CREATING SYNERGY IN NURSING EDUCATION

The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Creating Synergy in Nursing Education was successfully conducted on 16th January 2025 at Srinivas University, Institute of Nursing Sciences. The session took place in Room No. 202 on the 2nd floor and was attended by faculty members eager to explore innovative approaches to enhancing teamwork and collaboration in nursing education.The programme was spearheaded by our distinguished resource person, Dr. Juby Mary Chacko, Dean of the Institute of Nursing Sciences. Dr. Chacko delivered an insightful and engaging talk that emphasized the pivotal role of coordination, teamwork, mutual support, and collaboration in fostering a synergistic educational environment. Her address focused on strategies to promote effective communication and cohesion among faculty members, ensuring a more integrated approach to nursing education.To complement the session, interactive team-building games were meticulously organized to underline the importance of collaboration and shared effort. These activities were designed not only to reinforce the concepts of unity and partnership but also to serve as a medium for relaxation and rejuvenation. The programme concluded on a high note, leaving participants inspired and motivated to implement the principles of synergy in their teaching methodologies.
