Bottle Painting Competition at the Institute of Aviation Studies

Institute of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University conducted a Bottle Painting Competition for the students of B.B.A and M.B.A Aviation Studies in their campus on 3 Oct 2023. The students enthusiastically participated in the competition showcasing their talent and creativity. In addition to displaying the incredible artistic talent within the student body, the event also emphasized the importance of recycling and upcycling. The competition featured a stunning array of painted bottles that were transformed from ordinary glass containers into captivating works of art.By utilizing old and discarded glass bottles, the students aimed to raise awareness about recycling and repurposing materials to reduce environmental impact. This unique approach served as a reminder that art can be both aesthetically pleasing and environmentally responsible. Students used various mediums, such as acrylics, and watercolors to breathe life into their chosen bottles. From vibrant landscapes to intricate abstract designs, each piece told a unique story. The event was judged by a panel of esteemed art experts.The winner from the U.G level was Mohammed Adhil (I year B.B.A Aviation Management) from the team Panchajanya. The second place was bagged by Hadaif (I year B.B.A Aviation and Logistics Management) from the team Chakravyuha. The third place was bagged by Seema ( III year B.B.A Aviation Management) from the team Poundriya.From the P.G level winners were John Rodrigues ( I year M.B.A Aviation Management) and the Runner was Varsha ( I year M.B.A Aviation Management). Dr.Pavithra Kumari, Dean, Institute of Aviation Studies, congratulated the winners and the participants.
