The Institute of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University, hosted the much-anticipated inter-class management fest, Nava Avishkaar, on March 4, 2025, in their campus at Hampankatta Organized by MBA Aviation Studies students under faculty guidance, the event provided BBA Aviation Studies students with a platform to showcase their management, problem-solving, and leadership skills through competitive events. The fest featured Nabhothara (Aviation), Naya Traya (Best Management Team), Dhruva (Best Manager), Drishya Darpan (Reel Making), Vittashastra (Finance), Prabandhan (Human Resource), and Yukthi (Marketing) competitions, fostering innovation, teamwork, and strategic thinking among students. The unwavering support of Dr. Pavithra Kumari, Dean, Institute of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University and Ms. Anjana T.V, HOD, Institute of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University played a crucial role in the event's success. Mr. Roshin K. Sibi, PG Course Coordinator, Institute of Aviation Studies,Srinivas University and Ms. Deekshitha, Management Forum Coordinator, Institute of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University ensured the seamless execution of the fest.
