The Institute of Aviation Studies,Srinivas University organized one day trip for its team on 22 March 2023. It was planned by Dr. Pavithra Kumari, Dean, Institute of Aviation Studies. The trip was scheduled to the Tin Ton Resort., Kundapura. The intention was to help the employees to unwind and de-stress. It helps to establish a strong work culture, where the employees connect with one another and where their happiness is valued. The team outing also improves the productivity of the staff. The team thoroughly loved the day and returned to the college with a fresh perspective.
