Industrial visit to Pilikula Nisargadhama

An Industrial visit to Pilikula Nisargadhama Mudushedde – Post, Mangalore – 575028, D.K (District) Karnataka was organized by the BBA Aviation Department of Srinivas University for First and Final year students on Wednesday, 4th September 2019. The team of One Hundred and Thirteen Aviation students and three faculties visited Pilikula Nisargadhama, which helped them to understand current scenarios in the environment, and also knowing about our planetarium system, etc. In this visit, students were very eagerly waiting for listening to industrial higher authorities. At 10:00 am we visited Pilikula Regional Science Centre. We divided our students in the batch of 8 students per batch for the visit and the interaction with the industry person. The Regional Head conducted a very informative and motivational session for the students. He also guided the students towards Swami Vivekananda Planetarium and Heritage village (Guthu house). He gave a brief introduction to Guthu House. Finally, we left the premises at 4.00 p.m. It was an informative, interesting and successful visit. As students of Aviation Department Srinivas University, they understood a requirement of nature, and importance of Science through Planetarium and also about traditional culture with Guthu House, etc. We express our thanks to all team members of Pilikula Nisargadhama who spent their valuable time for us. I also thank our respected Principal Dr. P.S Aithal and Course Coordinator of Aviation Prof Pavithra Kumari for motivating us to arrange such an informative program.
