Aviation Students Immerse Themselves in Four-Day Training Intensive on Airline Passenger Service Operations
In a bid to foster excellence in the next generation of aviation professionals, a prominent training session from 18 Dec 2023 to 21 Dec 2023 was conducted on Airline Passenger Service Agents (PSAs) for eager M.B.A. (Aviation Management) students. The event, hosted by the Institute of Aviation Studies, at their campus brought together students aspiring to make their mark in the aviation industry, providing them with valuable insights into the critical role of PSAs in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable passenger experience.The training session, facilitated by Ms. Nayana Madhusoodhanan K, Alumni, 2018 batch, an industry expert in aviation operations and customer service, took center stage to guide the aviation students through an engaging and informative training session. Drawing from personal experiences and industry best practices, Ms.Nayana aimed to instill a deep understanding of the responsibilities and challenges faced by Airline Passenger Service Agents.Feedback from the aviation students highlighted the transformative impact of the four-day training. Many expressed gratitude for the depth of knowledge gained, with particular emphasis on the practical application of skills in simulated environments. As the four-day training session concluded, Ms. Nayana commended the students for their enthusiasm and commitment to learning.
