Food and beverage service department and wine club of Srinivas University Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism, jointly conducted the third edition of inter college cocktail competition ALCHEMIST on 27th September 2023 Wednesday. More than 50 students participated from various hotel management colleges of Mangalore. Mr. Ranjith, Laxmi collge of Hotel management won first prize and Mr. Mukunda, Srinivas University Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism secured second prize. Mr. Shreyas Shetty, Head Bar tender, Avatar Hotel and Mr. Suraj Suvarna, Bar manager, Prestige Bollywood Adda, Mangalore were the Judges of the competition.
