Bakery workshop was conducted on 15th September at Srinivas institute of hotel management and tourism under the guidance of Chef Ropeesh C, Assistant Professor, for the first year students to improve their baking skills. Students had been prepared black forest cakes, muffins, bread rolls, French baguette and dough nuts during the workshop.
