An English essay writing competition was held for the students of B.Com Department on 23rd June 2021.The students were asked to write on the topic “Covid and its Challenges”. The essay was judged on the basis of the grammatical structure of sentences, connectivity of the subject matter, neatness, originality, ideas on concept, unique writing style, descriptive language and overall standard of presentation topic. The purpose of the competition was to encourage the students to enhance their thinking and writing skills. The essays were well written by the students. The competition was held under the supervision of Prof. Keerthan Raj, Dean of Management and Commerce Studies, Prof. Sharmila S. Shetty, Course Co-Ordinator B.Com, Prof. Harinakshi, Cultural Department in-charge, and Prof. Vinutha, B.Com Cultural Co-ordinator.
