Placement Officers MDP (Management Development Program) held at College of Management and Commerce, Srinivas University on 19-FEBRUARY-22.Srinivas University College of Management & Commerce, IMC organized a one-day MDP (Management Development Program) for Placement Officers of South Canara Region on 19-February- 22 at Pandeshwara Campus. The theme of MDP training entitled ‘Placements at Challenging Times’ was held under the patronage of Honourable Chancellor, Dr. CA. A. Raghavendra Rao and Pro- Chancellor, Dr. A. Srinivas Rao of Srinivas University SU. The program was inaugurated by Srinivas University Computer & Information Sciences Prof. Dr. Nethravathi. Training Resource Person Prof.Venkatesh Amin, Director, MDP, CMC delivered the sessions co-ordinated by Placement Officer Prof.Varun Shenoy of Srinivas University. Participants for the MDP included Placement Officer representations from Srinivas University, St. Josephs College of Engineering & Technology, St. Agnes College, Canara College and AJ Institute of Management. Training sessions included ice-breakers, placement strategy games, recruiter attraction methods, Online v/s Offline Placing Methods, Internships and Project Placements, Post-pandemic sunshine Recruiters and so on. Vice-Chancellor Dr. P. S. Aithal, Registrars and Dean of CMC Prof. Keerthan Raj conveyed their earnest regards for the MDP planned as series for the year 2022-23 by Srinivas University College of Management & Commerce CMC which runs various professional UG, PG and Doctorial Research Programmes like Ph.D and beyond.
