The Board of examination (BOE) of Institute of physiotherapy, Srinivas University organised a faculty training programme on 4.10.2024 at city campus, Pandeshwar to orient all the teaching faculty of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy regarding Question paper blue print making and question bank preparation based on Revised Bloom’s taxonomy.Resource person for the event was Dr. Jayashree Bolar, Assistant Registrar of Srinivas University. The programme started with a formal welcome by Dr. R. Kamalakannan, Chairperson -BOE, Institute of physiotherapy. In her sessions, Dr. Bolar discussed about the structure of the blueprint, weightage distribution of marks during blue print making, making up of questions which fulfills course outcomes and how CO-PO mapping can be done accordingly. Following the sessions, the queries of the faculty were discussed and the program ended with the vote of Thanks by Dr. Radhika Gopal S, Associate Professor, IPT and BOE member.The entire event was coordinated by Dr. R. Kamalakannan, Chairperson -BOE, Institute of Physiotherapy. The faculty training program on question paper blueprint creation and question bank preparation successfully equipped participants with the skills to design well-structured, balanced assessments. Participants gained practical insights into aligning learning objectives with appropriate question formats, ensuring a comprehensive and fair evaluation system.The faculty expressed that the sessions were interactive, and the resources shared will greatly enhance their ability to create well-structured, fair, and comprehensive question papers for future evaluations.
