Srinivas University Institute of Physiotherapy conducted a free Physiotherapy camp for Knee pain on 6th of July 2024 under the guidance of Dean Dr. Rajasekar S. The primary objective of the camp was to provide individuals experiencing knee pain with accessible, professional assessment and treatment advice. The camp aimed to educate participants about preventive measures, effective exercises, to alleviate knee pain and improve overall joint health.Key Activities: Free Physiotherapy Consultations Interactive Q & A Sessions Exercise Demonstrations15 patients with different knee pain conditions actively participated in the camp. Students of MPT specialized in Musculoskeletal and Community physiotherapy provided an individualized intervention benefiting the participants. A home based program was outlined to manage the mild complaints whereas the patients with severe concerns were referred to the Musculoskeletal OPD of the Institute for future rehabilitation.The camp successfully met its objective of providing valuable assessments and treatment advice for individuals suffering from knee pain.
