REPORT ON GUEST LECTURE OF CAREER GUIDANCE LECTURE SERIES- Lecture 2
Institute of Physiotherapy, Srinivas University organized Career Guidance Lecture Series on Professional Opportunities for Physiotherapists in Community Based Rehabilitation on 07.12.2024, 03.30 PM to 04.30 PM at Institute of Physiotherapy, Srinivas University, City Campus, Pandeshwar.Dr. R. Shyam Sundar, Director, Venkateshwara Brain and Spine Neuro Rehabilitation Centre, Dindigul, Tamilnadu was the speaker who gave insights about various opportunities for Physiotherapists which is abundantly available at community levels, to the interns and post graduate physiotherapy students. Dean Incharge Dr. Thrishala Noronha inaugurated the lecture series by welcoming the resource person and participants with the message of need of community based physiotherapy and rehabilitation and importance of these kind of external lectures to our students.40 interns and post graduate students attended the lecture and got the important knowledge about various job and professional opportunities in the field of community based rehabilitation. Dr. Aishwarya Nitin Sonwane, Assistant professor successfully organized this event.
