Women anti-harassment cell of SUCET conducted a sensitisation program on February 13th. About 80 students attended and gained from the program. The student coordinator Ms Spoorthi Shetty of 6th Sem EC briefed about the objectives and introduced the chief guest Dr. Vrinda Bhat Kamath, HoD of Forensic medicine, SIMS&RC. She spoke on “Awareness on workplace harassment”. The talk focussed around women’s welfare act, adolescent issues, lifestyle modification, awareness on various issues such as child rights, trafficking of children, sexual abuse etc.
